I’m not currently looking for a new job. Why do I need a personal brand right now?

Great. We want to help you grow where you are. These tools help you build your leadership and executive profile in your current role and can help establish you for future opportunities.

Personal branding is also a great way to build a stronger professional network and find new opportunities like boards, mentorship, memberships, speaking engagements, etc. It’s a way to knowledge share, earn trust and scale your expertise.

My company already has a brand. We have brand fonts, a logo and imagery. 

That’s great. Your visual brand may work! But, visual branding is only part of the story. For many brands, a visual brand is secondary to your verbal brand, which includes defining your brand’s core values and value prop. Defining those items is crucial so that your visual brand intentionally connects with your customers.
